Last year at the same time, the <strong>Bumper to Bumper <\/strong>driver won the series&#8217; inaugural victory in Loudon, on the <strong>New Hampshire Motor Speedway<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhms.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.nhms.com\/<\/a>), and thus clinched his second career oval victory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This time, however, it will be a different approach that the Saint-Eustache native driver will adopt as the next two races will be crucial. Indeed, he is now leading the Drivers&#8217; Championship, only 2 points ahead of Andrew Ranger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;I say it at each event, but more importantly now, we must play our cards right this weekend,&#8221; said the driver. \u201cNow, it&#8217;s about winning the overall championship, not winning a race. At this point, I prefer to concede a victory rather than the championship. &#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the driver of <strong># 74 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bumpertobumper.ca\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Bumper to Bumper<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0\/\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.total.com\/canada\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Total<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0\/\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pfcbrakes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>PFC Brakes<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0\/\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lacroixtuning.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lacroix Tuning<\/a><\/strong><\/strong> car qualified in second place during last year&#8217;s race and then proceeded to lead 90 of the 100 laps of the event. Once again, this year, he is hoping for success as he has mastered this 1.058-mile (1.7 kilometers) course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A year ago, the drivers had minimal experience on this oval, so it will be interesting to see these same drivers evolve during the second New Hampshire 100.
